Each plan is SHIP endorsed and offers the following benefits to your clients:

• Certainty of what they own or leave to their estate
• The legal right to remain in their home, rent free, for life
• The freedom to move house, without penalty, enjoying the benefits of the plan in their new home
• The ability to move in with a relative, friend or into care at any time without financial penalty

The plans:

The Home & Capital maximum cash release plan -

• Release maximum cash in a single tax free lump sum through 100% sale of the property

The Home & Capital retained equity plan -

• Release enough for their current requirements, retaining a % of the ownership, which can be sold in the future
• Benefit from any future increase in property value on the % they retain

The Home & Capital maximum drawdown plan -

• Release maximum cash, in stages, to suit their immediate and future requirements through a pre-agreed 100% sale of the property

The Home & Capital retained equity drawdown plan -

• Release enough for their current requirements, in stages, retaining a % of the ownership, which can be sold in the future
• Benefit from any future increase in property value on the % they retain
